Do the same feelings keep catching you up?

The big reactions that appear out of nowhere - much bigger than the moment deserved.
The same problems repeating in your relationships, with different people in the leading roles.
The voice in your head that's harder on you than it would ever be on anyone else.
And people kept at arm's length - even the ones you'd love to be closer to.
If any of that sounds familiar, it could point towards unresolved wounds and baggage from the past. And you're in the right place.

Two free guided meditations

There's a younger you still in there. The one who learned early to be good, to be quiet, to not need too much. Most of us spend years trying to avoid and escape that part of ourselves - and wondering why the same feelings keep catching us up.

Adam Palmer
Meditation is where I finally stopped running. It's also how I got well, after a lot of years of being unwell - but that's a longer story. What matters here is simpler: sitting down with yourself, kindly, works. Not as a technique to master - as a visit. You show up, and you're gently led the whole way.

So here are two meditations from my library, free:

Meet the Inner Child - a gentle, caring visit with the younger you - the one who carried things that were too big for them at the time. You're guided the whole way, into a safe and loving place where that younger you finally gets to be heard and understood. And as those old hurts begin to soften, you start to feel more whole - steadier, lighter, freer.

Deep Relaxation & Inner Peace - a guided journey into deep calm, for when life gets loud. Tension eases, the mind goes quiet, and you come back to yourself. Whether you're overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a peaceful moment - this one is your quiet place to return to, any time you need it.
EVERY WEEK

An hour of calm, together

Recordings are one thing. But meditating live, together, is something else — there's no expectations, and there's something amazing about sitting as a community of people all on the same path that makes it easier to relax and unwind.
All you need is a quiet spot where you can sit comfortably for an hour without being disturbed. Headphones are recommended — but not required. Cameras optional: say hello if you're comfortable, or simply listen. Come as you are.

Here's what others say…
