There's a younger you still in there. The one who learned early to be good, to be quiet, to not need too much. Most of us spend years trying to avoid and escape that part of ourselves - and wondering why the same feelings keep catching us up.
Meditation is where I finally stopped running. It's also how I got well, after a lot of years of being unwell - but that's a longer story. What matters here is simpler: sitting down with yourself, kindly, works. Not as a technique to master - as a visit. You show up, and you're gently led the whole way.
So here are two meditations from my library, free:
Meet the Inner Child - a gentle, caring visit with the younger you - the one who carried things that were too big for them at the time. You're guided the whole way, into a safe and loving place where that younger you finally gets to be heard and understood. And as those old hurts begin to soften, you start to feel more whole - steadier, lighter, freer.
Deep Relaxation & Inner Peace - a guided journey into deep calm, for when life gets loud. Tension eases, the mind goes quiet, and you come back to yourself. Whether you're overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a peaceful moment - this one is your quiet place to return to, any time you need it.
