Feel like yourself again - a little every week, with people who get it.

If you're exhausted, wired, lying awake at night and snapping at the people you love - and no book, app or amount of trying has fixed it - it was never a willpower problem. The Way Home is where you finally do the work that helps.
I wanted a place every stressed and overwhelmed person could afford - £27 a month, everything included.

You look fine from the outside. Underneath, it goes something like this.

  • You can't switch off - racing thoughts at night, waking with a knot of dread.
  • You're exhausted in a way sleep doesn't fix, and it's showing up in your body - tight chest, gut, tension the doctor can't explain.
  • Small things set you off, and you're on edge or irritable for hours.
  • You overthink everything - loops of doubt, replaying conversations, second-guessing.
  • Every time things start going well, something in you pulls it back.
  • You say yes when you mean no, and the same painful relationship patterns keep repeating.
  • No matter what you achieve, you never quite feel good enough.
  • You get through the evening on food, wine, scrolling or work - anything to numb it.
You're exhausted, aren't you? How long have you been holding all of this together?
These can look like ten separate problems. They're not. They're one thing, showing up in your sleep, your body, your relationships and your work - which is exactly why fixing them one at a time has never worked.
The real reason

You can't think your way out of this - because it was never mostly in your thoughts.

You're smart. You can explain your own issues better than most people ever will. So why hasn't all that understanding changed how you actually feel?

Because knowing why you're exhausted and knowing how to stop being exhausted are two different things. Talk therapy, books and podcasts work on your conscious mind. But what's driving this sits underneath that - mostly held in your body. It's why you can understand yourself perfectly and still lie awake at 2am with a chest full of dread you can't explain.

Everything you've tried was working on the top layer - your thoughts. When you work where this actually lives - in the body - things settle that no amount of thinking ever could. That's the whole of what we do inside The Way Home.

The Way Home

A place to do the actual work - every week, with people who get it. For less than a takeaway a month.

This isn't another content dump you'll never open. It's a living, weekly practice that gets you out of your head, settles your body, and - slowly, genuinely - brings you back to feeling like yourself.

What's inside The Way Home:

  • Live sessions with me three times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5pm UK - so every week you leave lighter than you arrived
  • A growing library of guided practices - so on the hard nights there's a practice waiting for exactly the state you're in

What a month with us feels like

Three times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5pm UK - you drop into a live session with me and leave lighter than you arrived: guided practice to get you out of your head, and Q&A where you bring whatever you're stuck on. On the hard nights, you open the library and there's a practice waiting for exactly the state you're in. And the whole time, you're not doing it alone - there's a supportive community of people walking the same path as you, because they're in it too. Bit by bit, week by week, the noise quiets and you start to feel like yourself again.

What starts to change

  • You sleep - properly - and wake up without the dread.
  • Your body settles: the tension, the tight chest, the wired feeling ease off.
  • You stop snapping. The people you love get the calm version of you.
  • The mental noise quiets down - less overthinking, less replaying.
  • Things that used to throw you for hours barely register.
  • You stop reaching for something to numb the evening.
  • You feel like yourself again - steady, present, okay in your own skin.
You won't become a different person. You'll become the version of you that isn't carrying all this.
If all The Way Home did was give you one proper night's sleep a week - one morning without the dread - would that be worth £27? Everything else it does is on top of that.
Why I built this
Adam Palmer in the Sacred Valley, Peru
After university I built a business that did well by every measure people care about - money, freedom, the right life on paper. And I was miserable in a way I couldn't explain, or admit to anyone.

So I did what capable people do: I tried to fix it. Talk therapy. Hypnosis. Meditation. The gym. A stack of books. Each one helped for a week or two. None of it touched what was actually wrong - until eventually my body forced a stop: years of illness no one could explain.

What finally changed me wasn't another technique in my head. It was learning to work with the body, where all of it was actually stored. I'm not a guru and I don't do woo - I'm someone who was stuck exactly where you are, and found the way back. The Way Home is me handing you what I wish I'd had years earlier.

Who this is for

You don't know where to start. You've read the books and listened to the podcasts, but doing this on your own has never stuck. You want to be guided, live - no experience needed.
Or you've tried plenty - alone. You know what helps; you just don't do it consistently without structure and people around you. You're tired of starting over.
And who it's not for: if you're in crisis or need clinical care, this isn't the right place - see the note further down. And if you're hoping for something that works without you showing up, this will disappoint you. The Way Home works because you come.

The Way Home

The Way Home opens to new members a couple of times a year, and I close the doors in between - because a small group, settled in together, works better than a revolving door. Doors are currently closed. Join the waitlist and you'll be first in when they open.
£27 a month. Cancel any month, in two clicks.
That's less than a takeaway. For a weekly practice that actually helps.
No lock-in, no contract, no hard feelings. Come to your first live session and see for yourself.
30DAYMONEY-BACKGUARANTEE

My 30-day promise

Come to the live sessions. Use the library. If within 30 days you find The Way Home isn't for you, email me and I'll refund your first month in full.

Save my spot

You'll be first to know when doors open. Nothing is charged unless you choose to join. No spam, ever - and you can leave any time with one click.

What happens next: you join the waitlist → I email you when doors open → you have a few days to decide. Nothing is charged unless you choose to join.
One important note: The Way Home is support and practice, not therapy or medical treatment. If you're in crisis or dealing with something that needs clinical care, please reach out to a professional - and if you're not sure where to start, email me and I'll help you find the right kind of help.

“I've already bought so many things that didn't work.”

Me too - my shelf was full of them. Here's the difference: everything I'd bought was information, and this was never an information problem. The Way Home isn't something you read and file away. It's practice, done live, with structure that keeps you doing it and people who notice when you're missing.
You're not buying more knowing. You're buying doing - the part that's been missing. And there's no risk in finding out: a 30-day promise, and you can cancel any month in two clicks.

Your questions, answered

What actually happens in the live sessions?

You follow along to a live guided session - simple body work, breathing and more - designed to get you out of your head and let your body settle, plus Q&A where you can bring whatever you're stuck on. Camera off is completely fine.

Do I need any experience?

None. If you can sit or lie down and breathe, you can do this.

What if I can't make the live sessions?

They're recorded and added to the library, so you can do them any time.

Is this therapy?

No - it's practice and support. (See the note above.)

Can I cancel?

Any month, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Is it religious or “woo”?

No. It's practical and grounded - nothing you have to believe in.

I've already bought so many things. Why would this be different?

Because everything you've bought was probably information - and this was never an information problem. The Way Home is live practice, with structure and people, not another thing to read. And the 30-day promise means there's no risk in coming to feel the difference.

How much time does it take?

Less than you think. One live session a week is enough to start - an hour. More is there whenever you want it, but consistency beats quantity every time.

Ready to feel like yourself again?

You don't have to keep white-knuckling through it. Come home - do the work that actually helps, a little every week, with people who get it.
Stop white-knuckling through it ➤ do the work that actually helps.
Stop figuring it out alone ➤ walk with people on the same path.
Stop just understanding your problems ➤ start releasing them.
PS - the short version: three live sessions a week, a growing practice library, and a community that gets it. £27 a month, 30-day promise, cancel any month. Doors open a couple of times a year - join the waitlist and you'll be first to know. Nothing is charged unless you choose to join.
