Why I built this
Adam Palmer

After university I built a business that did well by every measure people care about — money, freedom, the right life on paper. And I was miserable in a way I couldn't explain, or admit to anyone.

So I did what capable people do: I tried to fix it. Therapy. Hypnosis. Meditation. The gym. A stack of books. Each one helped for a week or two. None of it touched what was actually wrong — until eventually it came out in my body as stress, anxiety and illness no doctor could pin down.

What finally changed me wasn't another technique in my head. It was learning to work with the body, where all of it was actually stored. I'm not a guru and I don't do woo — I'm someone who was stuck exactly where you are, and found the way back. The Way Home is me handing you what I wish I'd had years earlier.
